VueTech is hiring a Growth Marketer to drive customer acquisition and revenue across our security systems, network infrastructure, and IT services business.
This role is focused on generating inbound demand, optimizing marketing channels, and scaling growth through data-driven strategies. You will work closely with sales and leadership to directly impact pipeline and revenue.
We are looking for someone analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to generate inbound leads and increase revenue
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, email, and social media)
- Analyze data and performance metrics to improve conversion rates and ROI
- Track and report on lead generation, cost per acquisition, and campaign performance
- Improve website performance, landing pages, and funnels
Must Have
- 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and metrics
- Experience with Google Ads, SEO, or paid acquisition
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously

- Experience in B2B marketing (services, IT, or infrastructure)
- Additional languages
- Experience with CRM tools
- Experience scaling paid ad campaigns or SEO-driven traffic
