VueTech is hiring a Project Manager to oversee the execution of security systems, network infrastructure, and low voltage installations across the Bay Area.
In this role, you will manage projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring installations are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high standard. You will coordinate between clients, technicians, and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly.
This role is critical to scaling operations and delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines from initial planning through completion
- Coordinate scheduling of technicians, materials, and site work
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during active projects
- Ensure installations are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Review project scope, drawings, and requirements before execution
Must Have
- 2+ years of experience in project management or field operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to problem-solve quickly in field environments
Nice to have
- Experience in low voltage, security systems, or construction-related projects
- Experience with project management tools or CRM systems
- Experience managing subcontractors or field teams
- Certifications in project management or technical fields
